1. How can I place an order?
To place an order, select the desired product, add it to the cart, and then click on the 'Proceed to Checkout' button. Enter your details, choose the payment method, and confirm the order.

 

2. What payment methods are available?
Currently, we offer the following payment methods:

Credit card payment (Visa, Mastercard)
Bank transfer
Cash on delivery (cash or credit card to the courier)

3. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Shipping usually takes 4 business days. The exact time depends on the processing of the order and the courier service.

4. How much does shipping cost?

Ordering and delivery

Orders are delivered to your home by DPD and Magyar Posta courier services. Personal collection is not yet possible, but we are constantly working to provide the best possible shopping experience.

Our orders are processed during our opening hours, which are valid every day between 08:00 and 20:00. Orders received on this day will be processed the same day. Orders received after 20:00 will be processed the next business day, starting at 08:00.

The delivery fees are as follows:

Delivery fees:

• Small package: 1,500 HUF

• Medium package: 2,000 HUF

• Large package: 2,500 HUF

For purchases over 50,000 HUF, delivery is free of charge.

Hungarian Post:

Delivered to a parcel machine, Posta Point or post office: gross 990 HUF/pc.
In case of home delivery: up to 0-10 kg gross 1990 HUF/pc.
Up to 10-20 kg gross 2990 HUF/pc.
Up to 20-40 kg gross 5990 HUF/pc.

 

5. How can I track my order?
After placing your order, we will keep you updated via email until delivery.

6. Can I return the product if the size is not right?

Yes, you can return the product within 14 days if the size is incorrect or if you are not satisfied with it. You can read the details about the return process [here]

7. How can I request a refund?
The refund will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected. The refund usually takes place within 5-10 business days.

8. What should I do if I received a damaged or defective product?
If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at [email address] and attach photos of the issue

9. How can I modify or cancel my order?
If you would like to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@verolusso.com. If the package is already on its way, modifications are not possible.

10. Is there an option for in-store pickup?
Currently, we can only offer home delivery and delivery to pick-up points for orders.
